About us

We are a group of four partners who deal in motor vehicles and all of the related services with the following companies:
Moreno Motor Company S.r.l., Renault dealer from 1987 to 2001 for the Faenza territory, and currently the Mitsubishi Motors dealer
for Faenza and for the Ravenna province, and since March 2004 Ssangyong dealer, again for the same province.
Aemme S.r.l. the Daimler Chrysler Jeep dealer since 1991 for the province of Ravenna and Forlì Cesena.
Reno Motor Company S.r.l., Renault dealer since 1995 for the Bologna territory.
Afimmultiservice S.r.l. car hire for the territory of Imola, Faenza, Forlì, Cesena, also dealing in finance and insurance services.
Shiro Motor Company S.r.l., Toyota dealer for the Bologna territory.
Palli Trasporti S.r.l. a company specialised in car haulage.
All partners can boast of having the same ideals, they are all operative and they have also been working together for many years,
and therefore they have been able to identify the sectors that best suit each individual personality.
With the belief that each partner, in each of the above mentioned companies, plays a specific role and develops strategies that may be
similar to those of the other companies of the groups, they have all decided to examine the opportunity of rationalising their energies
to obtain the best overall results by taking advantage of the synergy deriving from the shared philosophy of each of the partners and
from the availability of greater resources. This has led to the founding of the Moreno Holding Group S.p.A. with the exclusive presence
of the four partners. This holding has taken over the capital of the above-mentioned companies
(apart from the Reno Motor Company which is currently involved in a development programme laid down by Renault Italia S.p.A.)
in order to define the common guidelines for the management of the controlled companies.
In particular making the most of more structured operations, the partners aim at further developing customer services,
the used car sector, and the finance and insurance services. Thanks to the Moreno Holding Group synergy the customer will truly "feel at home"
in Bologna and all over the Romagna district.
