Moreno Motor Company S.r.l.: since 1988 Renault and Daimler-Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge dealer for Romagna region. Since 2004 Mitsubishi Motors dealer for Ravenna area. Since 2010 Subaru and Toyota (sell and service) dealer. Since october 2011 Isuzu dealer also.
Reno Motor Company S.r.l.: Toyota, Renault (since 1995) and Dacia dealer for Bologna area.
Afimmultiservice S.r.l.: broker for Financial, Insurance and Rent services.
Common factor to all members is to have the same ideals, to be all operating in the trade and to work for long time together that they have identified the operational areas more congenial to their personal characteristics.
In each company, each member plays roles and develops strategies that are similar to the other enterprises of the group, so members decided to join and to streamline the efforts to achieve better results.

In particular, the holding, exploiting the synergies arising from a more structured management, has the target to develop the sector of services to be offered to customers in the area of second-hand cars and insurance-financial sector.
Ultimate goal of our mission is "to enable the customers to feel at home" as well in Bologna as in all Romagna region.
