AfimMultiservice S.r.l. opened in 1997 as a services company with the main aim of offering services related
to car hire and developing services related to finance and insurance. Located in Faenza, at via Cavour no. 8/10.

From 1997 up to 2003 it was an Avis Car Hire agency and then, since 2004 it has been operating alone,
offering car hire services to the clientele of the MHG's dealers as well as to private customers. In the meantime the
financing and leasing sector has grown considerably, concentrating mainly on customers purchasing cars, however, also
extending to operating and leaseback property leasing. In addition to the finance services, the company has also enriched
its offer with a bank dedicated to credit with one fifth wage assignment. The insurance sector has also undergone
considerable development, starting from the third party only policy, it went on to cover against theft and fire for both
vehicles and industrial risks. Currently AfimMultiservice S.r.l. is controlled by Moreno Holding Group S.p.A. and so
